Previously I had blogged about a visit to Longwood Gardens. Less than a month later, I returned. Well into autumn, the grounds have begun to lose their blooms as the attention is drawn indoors to the conservatory. This huge enclosed area is home to seasonal floral and yesterday it was thousands of Chrysanthemums of every variety and color. Yesterday was the beginning of the Chrysanthemum Festival with judging of the best blooms taking place by official judges and amateur garden enthusiasts alike. Visitors marveled at the variety of blooms, I among them. I was curious to see if Iwould be amazed as much as my first time visit and I was not disappointed. In a month I will return as Christmas time is a special time there
